Koay Teow Th'ng / Koay Teow Soup @ Lebuh Hutton 粿条汤

Was thinking to have a light breakfast this morning, did not want to take curry mee or anything fried. So, went to this coffee shop which is at the cross-junction of Lebuh Amoy ( Amoy Lane ) and Lebuh Hutton ( Hutton Lane). Its famous Koay Teow Th'ng always make me think of having one bowl. This fresh flat rice noodles are cooked in clear soup broth and topped with duck meat,sliced pork and fish balls. You may ask for intestine if you like to.

This is a famous Penang hawker food, you would not miss it if you come to Penang as it is easily found every corner of Penang including in the wet market or coffee shops. Very common for Penangites.
